Full Czech translation of the Schneespur interface, delivered as a standalone, installable module. It registers the "cs" locale (Čeština) and translates the entire core UI — all 33 string groups plus the JSON catalog — which are synced automatically and idempotently into the installation's language directory on activation; an Artisan command (lang-cs:sync) serves as a fallback for read-only deployments. All terminology follows a fixed winter-service glossary (zimní údržba, zásah, řidič, vozidlo, zákazník …) and consistently uses formal address (vykání). Because a non-German locale rebrands the application to "Wintertrace" by core design, installing this pack is all that's needed for a fully Czech-language instance.
