Warehouse turns the sack-of-salt guesswork of small winter-service operations into a real, fully traceable inventory. De-icing salt, grit, shovels, gloves, consumables and equipment are managed as freely definable items across as many locations as you need — from the central depot down to each individual vehicle or driver. Every receipt, transfer, consumption and equipment issue is an immutable entry in an append-only movement ledger: true stock is always the sum of all movements, never a hand-edited counter that silently drifts out of sync. The operator manages stock from the admin dashboard, while drivers record their per-job material usage straight from the PWA — drawn from the correct location, tied to the job, and safe against double-counting even under concurrent writes. On top of that come weighted-average costing for material reports per job, customer and period, low-stock alerts via email, dashboard and Telegram, and a complete audit trail that answers, at any moment, the one question that matters: who used what, when, and where? Bilingual EN/DE and brand-aware (Schneespur/Wintertrace) from day one.
